Put together your Jostens Renaissance team and get ready to Believin' the power of Changing Lives & Impacting Futures of your school community! The conference will provide you with the strategies, initiatives, and ideas to help to get more students to believe in their future and expand their belief in their own gifts, talents, and skills. It is all about BELIEVIN' that you can be a better person, a better student, and help others to be better than they were yesterday. Jostens Renaissance won't ever stop Believin' in students and teachers futures!

Bring an Action Team of Believers

Bring as many students, parents, business partners, and staffulty who Believe we can get more results with more students. Look for highly motivated people who are willing to give assistance, and support your school community; they will be the catalyst for your school. We challenge each school to add at least one parent, administrator, and business partner to its Team. It is important to always bring new people to every workshop; they strengthen the fabric of Renaissance and enhance the knowledge, skills, and effectiveness of your group.

The California Association of Renaissance Educators was founded in 1996 by Richard Parkhouse, a number of California educators, and Jostens reps, who desired to establish a strong coalition of Renaissance schools, such that the resulting entity could reach out the surrounding schools and communities and urge them to adopt the philosophy of Jostens Renaissance and Renaissance's founder, Larry Biddle. Throughout the State of California, schools have partnered with CARE and, as a result, have had a unique opportunity to work with one another to recognize the unrecognized heroes of their campuses, emphasize the honor of engaging in teaching and learning, and bolster the regard for the dignified ceremony of graduation. We hold conferences throughout the year in Southern and Northern California to facilitate these aims. Additionally, our partner businesses and schools gladly help each other in pursuit of these aforementioned goals.
